Information for Presenters
Speaker-ready room open hours:
Sunday (July 22, 2018): 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. in the Geological Museum (room 28)
Monday (July 23, 2018): 8:15 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. in the Beige Room of the Academy of Science Building
Tuesday (July 24, 2018): 8:15 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. in the Beige Room of the Academy of Science Building
Thursday (July 26, 2018): 8:15 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. in the Beige Room of the Academy of Science Building
Oral presentations are scheduled for 15 minutes per talk: 12 minutes for speaking with a warning at 10 minutes, and then at least 3 minutes for Q & A and speaker transition.
We will be using the following hardware/ software for oral presentations:

! If you are speaking in a morning session, please check in your presentation the afternoon before. Afternoon presentations should be checked in by noon the day of the presentation.
For presentations please use a standard, 4:3 slide presentation format (not a wide format!!).
The maximum poster size will be 112 cm x 112 cm (44’ x 44’). Pushpins for hanging will be provided.
Poster location numbers and session groups will be posted outside of the poster presentation rooms.
All posters should be put up on Monday morning or afternoon and will remain up for the duration of the week.
Poster presentations will take place Tuesday, 5:30 p.m. – 8 p.m. and Thursday, 5:30 p.m. – 8 p.m. at Foyer around Color Halls. Presenters are expected to be at their poster for their designated poster session.
Posters are to be taken down Friday morning. Posters not taken down by the author BY EALRY AFTERNOON AT THE LATEST will be discarded.
